Training

We think we offer more training to our staff than any other care provider in County Durham. A bold statement but we can assure you we do. We do elearning initially until you have worked with us for a while and are settled in your role. We then start to roll out full formal training with qualified tutors. This is by a professional person or a qualified teacher

We teach training in a number of areas but focus on the more specialist areas of support. We work in partnership with Fane in Consett for more generic training such as first aid, fire, and moving and handling..
